But above all a celebration of the amazing work that this charity does for people with disabilities on the Isle of Man. Their work is truly transformational.
This month was the start of a series of presentations and training opportunities given to the team at Ronaldsway Airport. Looking at effective ways to support passengers with disabilities.
Earlier this month two sessions were delivered to folks at the Isle of Man National Sports Centre. Talking about hidden disabilities and how to successfully be an inclusive organisation.
Over the course of Neurodiversity Celebration Week, Disability Awareness took part in several events. In partnership with Natalie Cellamare from Isle Listen, two talks were given on Neurodiversity in the Workplace.
And three assemblies were presented at Henry Bloom Primary School as part of their fortnight celebrating 'It's Great to be Me'. Talking about how we are all different, but all the same. An amazing initiative!
