Our training can delivered from an individual basis up to large groups, and both in person or virtually. Bespoke courses can be produced to meet your specific need.

Businesses and services:
An opportunity for your business or service to improve your understanding of issues relating to disability, and to become more disability friendly, in terms of both your employers and your customers. Training presentations on areas such as disability awareness, reasonable adjustments, diversity & inclusion, and how to make your business or service more disability friendly.

Schools and education staff:
Training sessions designed to meet your needs. Ten session induction packages for new or existing workers in special education or mainstream. The sessions can fit around what you need, and when you need them- evenings, weekends or holidays included. Courses can include disability awareness, autism, communication, and safeguarding.

Social Work and Social Care:
Disability specific training on safeguarding, communication, autism and disability awareness. Induction packages for those working in social care. Bespoke courses specific to your learning need can be facilitated.

Children and young people:
Sessions in educational settings directly to students and learners on disability awareness, from primary to college level. Assembly presentations, classroom sessions, and seminar groups.

Parents and Carers:
Presentations for parents and carers groups on issues relating to caring for a person with learning disabilities. Including diet, sleep, communication, behaviour, independence, preparing for adulthood, and self-care for carers.

Healthcare settings:
Disability specific training for healthcare professionals. Subjects include disability awareness, autism & mental health, communication & advocacy, care for a disabled person in hospital, disability-friendly appointments and consultations.

Charities and Third Sector:
Disability Awareness training, induction sessions for new workers, training on disability-specific issues. Communication, Safeguarding and Inclusion. Bespoke training packages specific to your charity or sector.

Nurseries and Early Care:
Supportive training courses on disability awareness and inclusion, safeguarding, communication and positive reinforcement. Induction packages on working with young people with disabilities.
